• Not use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Not ship prohibited items as defined in our Shipping Policy

5. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from being shipped through Nexopec services:

• Illegal drugs and narcotics
• Firearms, weapons, and explosives
• Hazardous materials and chemicals
• Counterfeit goods
• Perishable items without proper packaging
• Currency, bullion, and precious metals

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our Services are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service level selected. All payments are due at the time of service request unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nexopec's liability for loss or damage to shipments is limited as follows:

• Standard declared value limit of $100 per shipment unless additional coverage is purchased
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Claims must be submitted within 30 days of shipment

Nexopec is not liable for:

• Delays caused by customs, weather, or events beyond our control (Force Majeure)
• Damage due to inadequate packaging by the sender
• Shipments containing prohibited items

8. Intellectual Property

All content included in our Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Nexopec or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
